What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping things running smoothly. If you're organized, responsible, and confident on the phone, you’ll be a great fit for this role.
Qualifications:
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections
- Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- High school diploma
- Bilingual (English – Spanish) is a plus
Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the help and support they need:
- Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care, whether they’re reporting claims or seeking assistance.
- New Claims Reporting: Help customers start their claims journey with efficiency and empathy.
- Data Entry: Accurately gather and enter confidential information into our systems.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Uphold AFIC's commitment to quality, leaving customers with a positive experience.
