Key Responsibilities

As a Claim Supervisor, you’ll oversee and support adjusters to deliver outstanding service and effective claim resolution:

• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of claims adjusters, fostering growth and improving performance
• Claims Oversight: Review and monitor claims, ensuring adherence to company standards for coverage analysis, liability, and damage assessment
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in claim handling
• Problem-Solving: Guide your team in resolving complex claims and addressing escalated issues
• Cost Management: Implement strategies to control claim costs while delivering timely outcomes for our policyholders
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements to enhance team effectiveness
• Timely Documentation: Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of claim activity
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a claim professional with proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: 4 years in auto claims processing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in supervising or coaching
• Analytical Abilities: Strong coverage analysis and problem-solving skills
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in claims technology, MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Bilingual Skills: Spanish fluency is a plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
