Location: American Fuji Seal, Jeffersonville, IN
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:45pm - 12:15am) or 3rd Shift (11:45 PM – 8:15 AM)
Pay: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

American Fuji Seal is seeking a PSL Conversion Operator to safely and efficiently operate Finishing and Inspection Machines while ensuring quality and production targets are met. This role involves machine setup, preventive maintenance, quality control, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery per job specifications
• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and general machine setup
• Monitor product quality and follow inspection procedures
• Detect and report machine defects and improvement opportunities
• Achieve production and quality targets while maintaining accurate records
• Support the production team with additional tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following GMP and 5S standards

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed in a 3-shift operation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education & Physical Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Travel: Not required
