SUMMARY
The building maintenance technician is responsible for the essential ongoing maintenance and repair of our necessary buildings. They are heavily involved in supporting the store's safe, smooth, and successful day-to-day operations. Duties can vary from day to day and are assigned via a Help Desk platform or at the request of management. The Building Maintenance Technician must have good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall installation, electrical, painting, and general building repair. They also will need to be adept at using a variety of hand and electrical tools. I would like to let you know that experience in construction and building maintenance and a degree or certification from a technical school will be beneficial in this role.
Pay : $18-$21 / HR Weekly Pay
