What You'll Do
This full-time, permanent position in a manufacturing environment plays a critical role in the production of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.
The ideal candidate will assist in designing visual content for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, strong artistic skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic creative environment.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in creating visual designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital/print assets.
- Support the senior designers with concept development, illustrations, and layout designs.
- Edit and retouch images for use in campaigns and branding efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design software to enhance creative output.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution according to required specifications.
- Handle minor design revisions and updates as needed.
- Assist with additional design-related or game development tasks as required by business needs.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with strong skills in pixel and vector image manipulation, color management, and typesetting.
- Familiarity with game development software, tools, and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting artwork and technical design challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate project files and documentation.
- Knowledge of game development processes, programming and database management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, specifically related to lottery games and print materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
