SCHEDULE: Primarily Day Shift

What You'll Do

This full-time, permanent position in a manufacturing environment plays a critical role in the production of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.

The ideal candidate will assist in designing visual content for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for design, strong artistic skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic creative environment.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in creating visual designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital/print assets.
  • Support the senior designers with concept development, illustrations, and layout designs.
  • Edit and retouch images for use in campaigns and branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and design software to enhance creative output.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution according to required specifications.
  • Handle minor design revisions and updates as needed.
  • Assist with additional design-related or game development tasks as required by business needs.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with strong skills in pixel and vector image manipulation, color management, and typesetting.
  • Familiarity with game development software, tools, and industry trends.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting artwork and technical design challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate project files and documentation.
  • Knowledge of game development processes, programming and database management.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, specifically related to lottery games and print materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
