What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Admin (Part-Time / Temporary) position at American Games?
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
LOCATION: American Games and International Gamco
SCHEDULE: TBD - 10-20 hours per week (am) - 2-4 hours per day
PAY RANGE: $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience
What You'll Do
This part-time, temporary position in a manufacturing environment plays a critical role in the production of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.
The Production Admin will be responsible for verifying and maintaining production logs to ensure data accuracy.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Collect production records from the manufacturing floor and interpret data.
- Clarify discrepancies with machine operators and supervisors.
- Enter data accurately into Microsoft Excel.
- Perform tasks primarily at the Council Bluffs office, with some work required at our Omaha location.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and vendors.
- High energy personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Honesty and integrity are essential - must have ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with priorities and deadlines changing regularly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a diverse environment.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
