Part-time Advisor Assistant - Overland Park, KS
Requirements:
- Providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor.
- Scheduling appointments with clients.
- Maintaining an accurate calendar for the advisor.
- Providing appropriate documentation for client appointments.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication and have the ability to interact effectively with external contact
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must consistently exercise discretion in handling client interactions and information
- Must be proficient with applicable computer applications, including managing Outlook e-mail and calendar, MS Word. MS Excel
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Three years office clerical experience
- Additional experience in the insurance, financial services or customer service environment a plus
