Position summary :
We are looking for an experience Insurance Account Manager to join our collaborative team. The individual will have a strong working knowledge of the insurance industry, construction experience a plus! This individual should have their P&C license, as well as experience with renewal processes, coverages, markets and negotiations. We will provide additional training and resources!

- Primary contact for day-to-day coverage questions
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Oversee and handle client requests for endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto id cards, and additional documentation
- Review policies, endorsements and binders for accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting criteria, plans, and marketing policy
- Oversee Account Associate work and training, as well as assist other team members when needed
- Undertake various duties as assigned
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- 5-7 years industry experience and strong technical property and casualty knowledge
- Home State Property & Casualty License
- Ability to present and clearly explain the details of property and casualty programs to clients
