American Golf Corporation (AGC) is seeking a Vice President to drive and support the efforts of our business development team, which we expect to include responsibilities such as : leading an aggressive outbound lead generation strategy to acquire new AGC golf facility management agreements and leases, supporting all efforts to renew existing AGC agreements, all with a special emphasis on cultivating existing landlord and potential landlord relationships. This is a national position with a primary focus on the coastal markets of the East and West Coast and in particular the State of California, with an emphasis on acquiring contracts for municipally owned golf courses and driving range facilities. This position will report to American Golf’s Head of Real Estate, SVP of AGC Strategy. The company’s business development efforts are closely integrated with our operations team and a considerable amount of time will be spent working with operations to identify targets and supporting operations with landlord or manager-related objectives.
This position will require a significant amount of travel to perform market studies, identify targets, and meet with potential partners. This is an exciting opportunity to grow American Golf Corporation and to capitalize on the unique benefits that our offering brings to potential landlords.
Responsibilities
