American Gonzo Restaurants seeks a Culinary Director to oversee food development for our three restaurant brands (Superba Food and Bread, American Beauty & The Win-Dow, and Pitfire Pizza.) This role will work directly with our Vice President of Culinary and Restaurant Executive Chefs, leading food innovation and product curation. KEY DELIVERABLES OF THIS ROLE:
- Enhance our food and food culture
- Incrementally improve quality and consistency
- Lead menu tastings, menu development, and recipe costing
- Discover and curate innovative product
- Manage Key Vendor relationships
