Arborist/Tree Care Professional

Job Overview
American Green Corp. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Arborist/Tree Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of forestry practices. This role involves performing various tasks related to tree care and forestry upkeep. This candidate will work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with the tree service industry and standards.
• Conduct tree care activities such as felling, tree trimming and bucking.
• Operate bucket trucks, lifts and other equipment safely for tree care and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in tree service or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of tree care practices, including tree trimming and felling techniques.
• Willing to adhere to all safety requirements and wear all required PPE.
• Experience operating bucket trucks or similar equipment and dump trailers.
• Experience operating chain saws
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• A valid driver’s license, CDL preferred.
