SHIFT: MORNING
DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY

Duties
- Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
- Assist with complaints from clients.
- Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
- Able to work extended hours.
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment
- Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
- Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to be multi- task and do critical thinking
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
- Must have an active Guard card
- As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background check
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- One year Supervisory experience·
- Computer Literate·
- Able to work independently and as a team·
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
