Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security operations and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with management to assess security risks and implement effective security measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws pertaining to security operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active Armed Security License in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior security supervisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Social Security card.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age requirement as specified by state law.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Armed Security License for the state of Tennessee (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Memphis, TN 38115: Relocate before starting work (Required)
