EVENING/SWING Shift on Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises and personnel.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
Requirements:
- Armed Guard experience is a MUST
- 1 or more years of armed experience
- CPR and First Aid
- Proven ability to handle and operate security tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong communication, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid CA driver’s license/ID with clean driving record and Social Security number.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass Federal background checks and drug screenings.
