Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking swift action to mitigate risks and ensure safety.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to enhance skills and readiness.
• Report incidents and safety hazards promptly to dispatch.
• Document and report any security violations.
• Monitor and address security irregularities at assigned work site.
• Stand guard and patrol premises as required.
• Assist with additional security-related needs at designated sites.

Requirements:

• Valid Colorado Armed Guard Card.
• Military or law enforcement experience, or at least 5 years of armed guard experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong reliability and punctuality.
• Open availability.
