Duties
- Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff. Respond immediately to open shifts.
- Assist with complaints from clients.
- Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
- Able to work extended hours.
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor.
- Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.
- Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
- Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
Requirements
- 2 years security
- No points on driving record in the past 36 months
- Computer Literate
- Good verbal and written skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, as requested
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
- Supervise accounts
