Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Respond to crisis situations at the client site, maintaining composure and acting efficiently to resolve issues.
- Submit detailed reports on daily surveillance activities and significant occurrences, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Report incidents and safety hazards promptly and accurately to the dispatch center for immediate attention.
- Remain vigilant and alert while standing for extended periods, ensuring continuous monitoring of the premises.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid guard card required.
- Must possess a powers to arrest certificate.
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have a valid Social Security card.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather.
- Minimum age of 18 years or the legal age required by the state.
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Access to reliable transportation is mandatory.
