Qualifications:
- Valid guard card and powers to arrest certificate required.
- Valid driver’s license or ID.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, even in inclement weather.
- Basic customer service skills and knowledge of public safety/security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Handle crisis situations with calm and efficiency.
- Submit reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Identify and report safety hazards and suspicious activities.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Maintain a visible presence, greeting customers at entrances and exits.
