Unarmed Security Officer

American Guard Services are looking for qualified Security Officers! This position is for transit center.

Duties:

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Monitor and authorize entrances and exits.
• Must be able to write and submit reports as needed.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• NO guard card required.
• 2 years of security experience.
• Valid driver's license or ID.
• Must be willing to do foot patrols outside throughout the shift.
• Must be willing to stand for a long period of time.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Some knowledge of public safety/ security protocol.

• Evening shift
