Unarmed Tier-3 Security Officer

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Control access to the facility by ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fires or medical incidents, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for a long period of time.
• Security guards will help to guard against theft, while helping to keep the overall environment secure.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have valid Colorado Springs guard card.
• Must have valid drivers license or ID.
• Must have valid Social security card.
• Retail experience. (Preferred)
• Background in Military and/or Law Enforcement. (Preferred)
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, work outside in inclement weather.
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

• Baton: 1 year (Preferred)
• Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
• OC Certification: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Colorado Springs Guard License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Colorado Springs, CO 80902: Relocate before starting work (Required)
