We’re a fast-growing, high-performing hardscape and landscape company known for delivering top-tier outdoor environments to both residential and commercial clients. We're looking for a Field Manager with 3–5 years of experience who’s ready to take charge in the field while setting the tone for professional, hands-on leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of skilled laborers and technicians in daily hardscape and landscape installations
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (must have a valid driver’s license)
- Follow project plans and directives to the letter — precision matters here
- Communicate with crew members and supervisors to keep projects on schedule
- Step in and work alongside your team when needed — no job is beneath you
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3–5 years of experience in hardscape and/or landscape construction
- Is reliable, organized, and efficient with strong leadership skills
- Can follow detailed instructions without deviation
- Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty
- Maintains a professional demeanor with clients and crew
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
