Responsibilities: Perform handyman/carpentry tasks for new and old homes in the Oakland, Macomb County Area
Overview:
We are seeking skilled Trades to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible to perform handyman/carpentry tasks for new and old homes .
This could be as simple as:
· Installing a Ring door system to installing a hot water tank
· Swapping out a light fixture to hanging a door
· Cleaning and inspecting gutters and hangers to fixing a leaky faucet
* Interior and exterior home repairs/remodeling

Requirements/Experience:
Proven experience as a Trade, Carpenter or Laborer in the construction industry
- Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC experience a plus.
- Proficient interpreting project specifications and duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
