Our Amissville, VA facility is hiring for a Log Loader. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in operating a front-end loader to feed the appropriate specie of logs into the sawmill operation. The ability to operate a knuckleboom and to perform daily maintenance on the equipment is required. This is a full-time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Log Loader Responsibilities
- Adherence to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Keep up with sawmill operations and process flow by loading appropriate specie of logs into sawmill
- Ability to run front-end loader a must
- Open to working consistently in other departments to fill business needs
- Ability to work independently
- Assist other departments as needed for various duties
- Capable of working efficiently/safe as well as keeping a high level of precision
Log Loader Qualifications

Previous experience as an equipment operator using a front end loader mandatory
- Must be self motivated and organized
- Willingness to work in outside environment and work overtime
