Office Administrator Summary

American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking an Office Administrator for our North Garden, VA sawmill. This is a full time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Office Administrator Responsibilities :

  • All Location Administrative duties
  • Receptionist responsibilities such as answering a multi-line phone system
  • Data Entry
  • HR duties including hiring and other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Office Administrator Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 2 years experience in an office environment - preference given to those with manufacturing background
  • Experience with ERP Systems a plus!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Take directions from multiple managers.
  • Office Administrator Pay & Benefits :

  • Competitive Pay - $20 / hour
