Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Handle check-ins, registration, and scheduling accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and a welcoming demeanor in all interactions.
- Address patient inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Decatur center.
