American Health Imaging is looking for an experienced Technology Assistant. The Technology Assistant will be responsible for helping all Technologists in the center in areas that allow the Technologist to maintain an on-time schedule and run the diagnostic imaging scanning area in an orderly fashion.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm located in Atlanta, GA

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining excellent patient care
- Dressing patients and obtaining medical history
- Starting IVs
- Assisting MRI/CT with the patient flow
- Helping sterilizes equipment and rooms
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Radiology Technology student or 12 months previous experience in diagnostic radiology or other imaging modality nice to have
- Previous experience starting IV's
- Knowledge of medical terminology desired
