What You'll Do :

Work with stakeholders to define analytics and data capability requirements
Collaborate with data & analytics engineers, product managers, software engineers, sales, finance, and other business stakeholders to improve data and analytics capabilities
Conduct detailed data analysis to understand data and resolve issues
Design data models to support our curated enterprise cloud data warehouse
Design and build data pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpipe, dbt Cloud, Azure, Python - including structured and semi-structured data
Design and build data solutions enabling the organization to access domain-specific data and measure / monitor data quality
Build Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data
Improve database, pipeline, and analytics performance through optimization and monitoring
Administer Snowflake security and other related data security
Support and improve team DevOps and agile processes

Experience / Skills :

4 years hands-on data engineering / ETL experience - Required

2 years hands-on experience building data pipelines and ELT workloads with dbt (Core or Cloud) - Required

2 years hands-on experience designing and implementing Power BI reports and analytics - Required

1 years hands-on experience administering Snowflake, controlling costs and managing security - Required

1 years hands-on experience writing Python for data analysis and data movement use cases - Preferred

Experience integrating data from Workday and HubSpot - Preferred

Excellent SQL and data analysis skills with a high value for writing clean, readable code - Required

Experience designing relational and dimensional data models - Required

Experience building data objects designed for performance analytics and BI use cases - Required

Excellent data pipeline troubleshooting skill - Required

Disciplined software engineering practices and source code management using Git - Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on team collaboration - Required

Experience creating, administering, and maintaining resources in Azure - Preferred

Experience building software products in a collaborative Agile and DevOps-oriented team - Preferred

Your informed opinions and creative ideas to help the team find the best solutions - Preferred

A passion to get things done efficiently and with technical excellence - Preferred

Excellence in the Financial Accounting domain - Preferred

Education : Degree in Computer Science or related field - Preferred

Salary : $90,000

Location : In office -Edmond, OK
