American Healthcare Resources is seeking Housekeeping Assistants for a local outpatient clinic in Birmingham. The Housekeeping Assistant will perform general housekeeping duties such as mopping, sweeping, buffing, dusting and disinfecting to ensure sanitary conditions are maintained in the facility. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 2 pm to 10:00 PM. We offer weekly pay with direct deposit!
Description: Cleans and maintains assigned work area using mops, buffers, and other cleaning supplies and equipment in order to maintain functional and safe environment for patients and staff.
Removes waste and used linens from various clinic areas.
Prepares to complete all daily tasks assigned for that shift.
Requirements:
1 year Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a professional setting
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Physical within 1 year
TB skin test within 1 year
