UPMC North Central PA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a progressive pediatrics team. EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

Hospital employment

Contract includes

• Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms
• Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP pediatrics, $112,000-$120,000
• Sign on bonus: $5,000
• CME: annually 5 days and $3,000
• PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays

Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive

Production incentive based on wRVU
