Responsibilities
Experienced Representatives will:
· Meet and exceed revenue goals
· Conduct review meetings with existing book of clients and make any necessary changes to client’s financial plan
· Strengthen relationships with a portion of existing book of business clientele
· Develop new client relationships
· Generate new business through both existing book and/or new relationships
New Representatives will:
⦁ Network and prospect for future clients
⦁ Develop relationships with clients
⦁ Conduct Fact Finding meetings with Clients to determine needs
⦁ Present solution-based Next-Steps to clients
⦁ Assist clients through the process of conducting business with AHF
⦁ Follow up with clients regularly
We have all the training for new agents already in place. While sales and/or insurance experience is beneficial, candidates who are coachable and willing to work, with little-to-no experience, can expect to earn a significant income in their first year.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
· At least 3 years of successful financial sales experience- preferred
· Life and Health Insurance License-required but not prior to interview for those entering the industry.
· Series 6, 63 or 65-optional
· Series 7-optional
