**National Account Executive (Non-QM Wholesaler)**
American Heritage Lending, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our call center team. As a key player in expanding our client base, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers across the nation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are also essential in building rapport quickly and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment. Experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales, preferably in a call center environment, is preferred. A strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Encompass/LON, is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our services
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of the mortgage lending business and its trends
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products, services, and promotions
