**If you do not currently possess a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), we will be offering Fingerprinting for a fee to help start the process of obtaining a PERC.**
- Must pass background check and drug screen including marijuana
- **Needs valid Driver's License for 3 years with clean driving record**
- Provide excellent customer service at the assigned location.
- Adhere and enforce all company rules, regulations, procedures, policies and standards of conduct.
- Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.
- Maintain excellent situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
- Enforce access control and visitor management policies at assigned location.
- Conduct patrols to check for suspicious activity, safety hazards and identify security concerns.
- Maintain professional working relationship with property management.
- Responsibly use client and company equipment as security tools to monitor and document security activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
