Community Relations Specialist | Full-Time Position Heritage Milwaukee | Milwaukee, WI Heritage Senior Living is currently seeking a dynamic and organized Community Relations Specialist who will work closely with the Directors of Community Relations and leadership teams, ensuring thorough management of the database and implementation of marketing plans to support the goals and objectives of the communities. Our ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and networking skills. This position requires the ability to travel to 9 communities within our Milwaukee Area . Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Minimum Qualifications: Work closely with the Directors of Community Relations and leadership teams to increase occupancy in assigned communities Assist with increased social media presence by submitting content to the social media platform and growing social media followers Assist with the development and execution of events intended to meet and build relationships with professionals, to increase referrals; educate on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services Schedule, manage, track, and record all activity including calls, mailings, appointments and presentations; organize marketing events to promote HSL practices and build reputation Schedule tours and appointments with prospective residents and their families, complete tours and prepare for move-ins 2+ years marketing and sales experience; required, health care background; preferred Strong customer service and networking skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong closing skills and the willingness to ask for business Must be willing to work occasional evenings, nights and weekends Must possess a valid drivers license Benefits of the Job Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability, voluntary life insurance Employer paid life and long-term disability insurance 401k with employer match up to 4% Life assistance program Paid time off Holiday pay Professional growth and development programs Recognition programs
