American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Briley Parkway, Madison, Hermitage, Antioch, Thompson Lane, Bellevue, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Clarksville & Hendersonville locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you driven by incentives and bonuses? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are not selling a product, but you are selling a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30 / hour!.
Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities :
- Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
- Schedule FREE water tests with homeowners; call the lead into the Call Center to confirm their appointment on the spot
- Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
