- Supervise and train direct reports while providing constructive feedback and performance assessments for employee development; responsible for hiring and firing of direct reports. Facilitate and lead department meetings to drive tasks to completion. Proactively communicate with management and work with Treasury staff to meet all departmental deadlines on a timely basis.
- Manage daily cash management processes, assist with cash forecast, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for the cash forecast. Review and approve wire and book transfers in multiple online banking portals. Assist with bank account administration (which may include open/close bank accounts, update authorized signatories, etc.), and serve as an administrator for online banking portals.
- Review and post cash journal entries daily, and bank account reconciliations monthly. Perform review and analysis of reconciling items, monthly Bank vs. General Ledger, and Trial Balance Analysis to resolve variances. Manages support team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings, using all applicable communication tools and leading regular team meetings.
- Coordinate annual, interim, and roll-forward audit requests. Assist with projects and initiatives to improve existing departmental processes. Complete ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned by management.
- In accordance with applicable policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
- Experience in Corporate Treasury required; publicly traded company experience preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or closely related roles required.
- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of supervisory experience, managing direct reports preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Experience using Yardi property management software preferred but not required.
- Experience working in real estate industry is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of corporate treasury management, cash and debt management processes, banking industry, bank products and services.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger and accounting principles.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work well in a team-first environment and foster effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with a process-improvement mindset.

In the states of Colorado, California and Washington, the anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $76,725.00 to 109,725.00. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Position is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
