Job Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at American Housing in Washington, DC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and handling maintenance and repair duties related to industrial equipment.
