What will YOU do?
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shipping and supply chain activities for our acting troupes across the country. This is a multi-faceted role that supports our troupe's material needs, custom show logistics, and ongoing supply management. The ideal candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and ensure efficient processing of monthly shipments, emergency materials, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly box pull sheets by reviewing troupe order submissions and managing special requests.
- Prepare and ship monthly boxes, including QC checks, packing, and labeling.
- Process and communicate troupe-specific orders for materials such as bins, boxes, and other supplies.
- Update daily logs for receipts, purchases, and shipping documentation.
- Provide logistical support for custom show materials, including sourcing and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate with directors and actors regarding urgent supply needs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (ability to transport boxes to UPS/USPS).
- Ability to lift up to and over 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility and willingness to support team members across various tasks when necessary.
