Immigration Attorney

Seeking a licensed Immigration Attorney with 1-3 years experience actively practicing immigration law. 95% of our practice is immigration, but 5% includes uncontested divorces for our existing immigration clients as well as obtaining predicate orders in family and probate court for SIJS clients. Hence, an IL licensed candidate will be given preference.What we are looking for in a candidate : Candidates who share our strong PASSION to change the lives of our immigrant clients each and every day! Every member of our team is driven by a passion for the work we do.Candidates with a minimum of one (1) year of experience.Candidates who are excellent communicators, have strong research and writing skills, are extremely organized, and are incredibly attentive to detail.Candidates who are seeking great flexibility with regards to being able to exercise independent decision-making and control over the strategy and direction of cases on his / her plate, but who are excited by creative lawyering!A candidate who ideally lives in the City of Chicago, and who is licensed to practice law.
