Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on agricultural equipment.
- Perform diagnosis and plan effective repairs to maintain machinery uptime.
- Prepare reports and forms as required by work assignments.
- Fulfill production schedules and requirements for assignment completion.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment.
- John Deere Tech graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnostic equipment expertise.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
