Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnosis and plan effective repairs of machinery.
- Prepare reports and forms required for work assignments.
- Follow production schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate in service training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment.
- John Deere Tech graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment and computer skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
The Service Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity. The role may require working in extreme weather conditions.
