Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines for several offices under the Company's umbrella while handling paperwork in a timely manner. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Duties
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls diplomatically, efficiently, and effectively with the highest degree of professionalism
- Meet and Greet Walk-In visitors
- Maintain all company forms for new applicants
- Intake and check weekly carelogs
- Prepares various company correspondences
- Ability to handle irate callers
- Performs other duties as required by manager.
Job Specifications and requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist position required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook software
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Can multi-task several projects at any given week
- Eligible Level 2 Background screening from Agency for Healthcare Administration.
- Organized, detailed and diligent work ethic
- Work experience at a home health care registry a plus
