We are seeking a Benefits Manager to join our Remote team. We work with all major organizations across the US including our nations Veterans. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and enrollment information on their permanent benefits. The ideal candidate is personable and has a strong work ethic. Responsibilities : Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing Provide information about the Benefits Obtain license to be able to service our members Help our members with their permanent and portable employee benefits Qualifications : Previous experience in business management or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to efficiently use Zoom Motivated & coachable Managers can expect : Members are provided by company / No cold calling or self prospecting Residual Income ( Monthly passive income) In house training (experience is not required) Weekly Advance and Bonus Stock options Benefits systems and processes to ensure success Powered by JazzHR
