Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

- Present life insurance products and tailor recommendations based on clients’ needs assessments.
- Build and maintain a client base through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
Client Education and Consultation:
- Provide clients with detailed information about life insurance options, benefits, and premiums.
- Help clients understand how life insurance can fit into their broader financial planning goals.
- Address any questions or concerns regarding coverage and policy details.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
- Work with leads generated through the company's marketing efforts, including direct mail, phone calls, and referrals.

Administrative and Compliance Duties:
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and applications for life insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Qualifications:
