What You’ll Do:
- Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Pursue new customer leads via referrals provided by the clients you meet with.
- Understand potential customer’s needs.
- Develop a customized benefit plan for the customer
- Create custom quote to provide the customer the pricing for the benefit plan
- Ensure all necessary documentation to process benefits application has been submitted correctly.
- Respond to email and phone call requests from customers
