Key Responsibilities :
- Consultative Sales : Educate service members and their families on insurance options, including life, health, and supplemental benefits.
- Lead Management : Work with pre-qualified leads provided by AO Globe Life. No cold calling required.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Policy Enrollment : Guide clients through the application process to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and identify additional coverage opportunities.
- Professional Development : Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
