Desktop Level 1/2 Technician
Title: Desktop Technician Level 1/2
Type of Position: Contract 3 months
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, either 7:00AM – 5:00PM or 9:00AM – 7:00PM.
Anticipated Start: End of July or November (possibly end of year)

Description of Services:
Provide Level 1 / 2 Desktop support services associated with supporting the Nomura for the following:
• Provide support and instructions on using laptops, docking stations and provide support when required.
Provide Level 1 / 2 Desktop support services associated with supporting the Nomura for the following:
• Provide support and instructions on using laptops, docking stations and provide support when required.
o Prepping laptops for builds using PXE boot.
This will include unboxing the laptops and staging for build process)
Recording MAC information into SCCM CB and creating the build records
o Keep detailed notes on the build process and record keeping.
o Review build logs and work with management and engineering to provide build feedback and troubleshooting.
Work Product:
Task specific direction based upon project defined deliverables will be provided to the Technicians by Nomura Management to the AIS Staff Members:

Hours to be worked: This is project and or support dependent and can be: 7am to 5pm, 8am to 6pm, or 10am – 8pm.
