As the Director of Interior Design, you’ll join the ranks of leadership to spearhead the interior design efforts, be involved with project pursuit and staff development, and most importantly – help shape the next iteration of an evolving and prosperous firm! What You Will Do :
Along with producing compelling interior designs for architectural projects in a wide variety of market sectors, the Director of Interior Design will lead the firm’s interior design work and partner with the Marketing Team to enhance strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and secure new project opportunities. You will work with the Principals and Executive Team to promote the architectural and interior design team, with the goal of expanding interior design services. Working with clients and project teams, you will elevate design in disciplines and markets, to develop design excellence and client relationships. With the Principals, Studio Leaders, Interior Design Manager, and Executive Team, you will co-lead and support design, business development, and staff development objectives.
