The client is a mid-size firm offering integrated architecture and interior design services, delivering projects across diverse markets in the U.S. We seek a licensed Senior Architect to lead our project teams in creating intentional, innovative spaces that bring our client's visions to life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architectural design for projects, utilizing the full resources of the firm.
- Oversee project coordination, including analysis, programming, scheduling, and establishing objectives.
- Ensure construction documents are accurate and reflect contract scope and design intent; coordinate technical details from vendors and clients.
- Conduct building code reviews with appropriate agencies and review progress with clients.
- Manage project design schedules, design fee budgets, and construction budgets.
- Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to oversee project agreements and manage construction bidding processes.
- Provide mentorship and act as a resource for the design staff.
