Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to project closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and firm standards.
- Lead client and consultant coordination, maintaining open communication and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Manage technical documentation, quality control, and regulatory reviews throughout each phase.
- Conduct construction contract administration, including field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
- Develop project work plans using Deltek, managing team assignments, schedules, and budgets.
- Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to proposals and participating in client presentations.
