As a Senior Project Architect / Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of large-scale, complex projects, driving both creative vision and technical precision. From collegiate arenas to state-of-the-art sports complexes, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide clients through every project phase, and deliver results that set new standards in design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to project closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and firm standards.
  • Lead client and consultant coordination, maintaining open communication and ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Manage technical documentation, quality control, and regulatory reviews throughout each phase.
  • Conduct construction contract administration, including field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
  • Develop project work plans using Deltek, managing team assignments, schedules, and budgets.
  • Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to proposals and participating in client presentations.

Key Skills / Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, design, or a related field.
  • 10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports and recreation projects, including collegiate arenas.
  • Expertise in Revit and 3D visualization tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.
  • Knowledge of building codes, engineering systems, and project management processes.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to leadership.
  • Architectural licensure required; LEED GA or equivalent accreditation within six months of hire preferred.
