Description
Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including fire alarm, A/V systems, communication systems,
sound systems, security/access control and CCTV. Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot systems equipment that requires servicing. Communicate systems performance to customer and maintain a 100% client satisfaction field status for our company. Communicate regularly with senior systems coordinator on all low voltage projects.
Requirements
Must possess valid La Drivers License
Must be able to pass background check
5 Years Experience in Security or Fire Alarm Industry
Technical troubleshooting, wiring experience
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals and product manuals to properly program and verify new systems
Climbing, bending, stooping
NICET or P.E. Preferred
Salary Depends on experience level. Submit salary requirements with resume.
Perform necessary field work including servicing and troubleshooting a variety of low-voltage and network-interfaced systems.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Advanced electronic technical systems certification preferred.
Experience
· Must have at least three (5) years prior work experience in security systems or IT-related installation or related field.
· High preference for candidate to be licensed for both burglar and fire alarm installation and service but not required

· Must have a high level of knowledge in system, installation, service and inspections of;

· Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, working knowledge of Microsoft based products (such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.
· Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
· Excellent communication skills, including, but not limited to, the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
· Strong time-management skills, including ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, the ability to manage and interact effectively and in a supportive manner with AIC' contractor labor and customers.
· Observance of all safety regulations and rules and ability to work in a safe and cautious manner.
Driver's License
· Must have valid driver's license.
· Must have clean driving record, satisfactory to AIC' automobile insurance carrier
· Ability to travel overnight as dictated by the needs of the business (~25%).
